Data Retention

When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. Audit logs are retained for up to 2 years for security purposes.

Account Information

You can review and update your account information by logging into your account settings. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through the account settings or by contacting us.

Email Communications

We only send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, account notifications). We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

Push Notifications

You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the App.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under this age, we will delete this information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under this age, please contact us.

International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily processed in the United States through our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Sentry, Resend). Cloudflare processes DNS data globally through its network. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries which may have different data protection rules than your country. We take steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the countries where we process it.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We will also notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on our Website or App prior to the changes becoming effective.
